FAQ
Answers to common questions about international logistics, transit times, and pricing
Do you work with businesses and private buyers?
Yes. Our DDP service supports businesses and personal importers, focused on the USA, Canada and Europe, with Australia also available. You do not need a company in China to ask for a quote. Cargo acceptance, destination import requirements and the responsible importer are checked before booking.
What do you need for a quote?
Start with your name and an email address or WhatsApp number. Add the supplier city, destination country and ZIP/postcode, product list, packed weight and dimensions if known. If details are missing, send product photos or a supplier packing list by email or WhatsApp; we can identify what is still needed.
Can you collect from multiple suppliers?
We can coordinate supplier pickup or delivery to our Shenzhen operation and consolidate cargo. Pickup locations, storage, packing requirements and any related charges are confirmed in the quotation before goods are sent.
What cargo and destinations can you accept?
Our DDP focus is the USA, Canada and Europe, with Australia also available. General consumer goods, textiles, gifts, plastics, small hardware and ordinary printed goods can be reviewed. Declare battery-powered electronics and sensitive goods in advance. Oversize or over-limit cargo is outside standard DDP channels; confirm the actual goods, documents and destination before dispatch.
Are duties and all delivery charges included?
For approved cargo booked under our confirmed DDP service, we arrange export and import clearance and handle import duties and customs taxes, with no repeat payment of those included charges by the recipient at normal delivery. Door-to-door alone does not specify tax responsibilities. Unloading, indoor or upstairs delivery, insurance and other special arrangements must be confirmed separately before booking.
Who is responsible for customs documents?
We coordinate customs arrangements within the agreed service scope. Before booking, confirm who acts as importer, who provides declarations and product documents, and who pays duties and taxes. The shipper and recipient must provide accurate information; customs release remains subject to the authorities.
How long will shipping take?
We confirm an estimated schedule for your route and cargo at quotation. Ask whether the estimate is port-to-port, airport-to-airport or includes pickup, customs and final delivery. Times shown in our real cases describe those shipments only, not a guaranteed schedule for future bookings.
Does home delivery include unloading or installation?
Residential delivery must be checked against the destination and access conditions. Unloading, liftgate, upstairs or indoor delivery, assembly and installation are not automatically included. Tell us about road access, stairs and unloading equipment so we can confirm what can be arranged and priced.
Can you ship battery-powered products?
Please share the battery type, capacity, whether it is installed or separate, and available compliance documents. Acceptance is subject to document review, route restrictions and carrier approval. Do not send battery cargo until we confirm acceptance.
Can you arrange Amazon FBA shipments?
We coordinate FBA first-mile shipments to the USA and Europe. Send your shipment plan, assigned warehouse, labels and packing requirements. Appointment, preparation and delivery services are confirmed for that shipment; do not assume all warehouses or preparation tasks are covered.
How do I get shipment updates?
Contact Chris Yu by WhatsApp or email with your shipment reference. We share confirmed milestones and available carrier updates, photos or delivery documents. The website does not provide a live tracking system.
What about cargo insurance and damage claims?
Ask about insurance before shipment and confirm the policy, insured value, exclusions and any deductible. If you notice damage or loss, contact us promptly, preferably within 24 hours; retain packaging, photos and delivery records. This notification request does not replace the deadlines in the applicable policy or transport terms. We assist with documentation; claim approval and compensation depend on the applicable terms.
How can I verify your company?
Our About Us page lists the company name, unified social credit code, office information and contact details. You can also review operating photos and real shipment cases. Contact us if you need additional verification information.
How should I confirm payment details?
Use the officially designated company bank account stated in the confirmed payment instructions. Check the beneficiary against our company information. Independently verify any unexpected change by contacting Chris Yu using the WhatsApp number already listed on this website; do not rely only on a new email or invoice.
